As you all know we are in the 3rd lockdown now, which means that our churches and office are closed. We are still working in the background, and want to assure you of our prayers and support. Even though meetings are not permitted at this time, an exception is made for so called “mental health related gathering”. For this reason we are still seeing people for Confession, Spiritual Direction, and Pastoral Counselling. You can make an appointment by contacting our parish office by phone or email. Any one of our priests would be happy to meet with you for one of these reasons.
We are also offering more of an “online” presence during this lockdown: Daily Mass at 9am (Monday to Friday), Sunday Mass on Saturday at 5pm, Daily Rosary at 9pm (Monday to Friday). We have also added two new programs: Wednesday Series (7pm) will feature a variety of talks on the themes related to Easter and Pentecost, and will be presented by one of our priests. Saturday Connect (10am) is an opportunity to see all three priests sharing their thoughts on all kinds of issues, including their reflections on the upcoming Sunday readings. All of these can be accessed through our website by clicking on the “YouTube Channel Link” button.
Our faith sustains us in good time, and in difficult times. I encourage all of us to rely on the power of our faith during these times of discomfort. Blessings to all.
